Local maintenance and landscaping company seeking experienced hands on landscaping managers and landscaping technicians to oversee and maintain multiple properties. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience and possess an eye for detail. Other requirements for this position include the following: works well with others, outstanding customer service, valid drivers license, reliable transportation, excellent communication skills with both customers and employees, manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of jobs, Knowledge of plant material, motivated and able to lead, ability to develop a team atmosphere, accurately fill out paperwork such as daily route sheets, equipment maintenance, etc.manage equipment and schedule preventative maintenance, represent company in a professional manner.
