Currently hiring for the position of: FOH Shift Supervisor

Job Description

As shift supervisor, you will be focused on service and supporting the management team in place. You would work directly with the GM to ensure the proper flow and standards of service. You would assist with the beverage inventory on a weekly basis. Most importantly creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. The ideal candidate would need to be available evenings and weekends for day and evening services 4 to 5 shifts per week. Skills

Must have at least 4 years food and beverage experience, love of service is key.

Wealth of food and beverage knowledge + unending eagerness to learn more

Ability to lead, train, develop skills of Basic Kitchen team members

Ensure consistency and quality control of the menu and service style

Organized multi-tasker, ability to manage inventory

Sense of urgency, works hard and enhances flow of service by assisting fellow team members

Level-headed and efficient during high-volume/pressure situations

Knowledge of health codes and food safety rules/ regulations

Awareness of skills necessary for all FOH & BOH positions

Inventory Management- fulfill online orders and maintain inventory for BOH & FOH needs

Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities

Experience, Qualifications & Qualities:

Strong leadership skills, outgoing, motivating, efficient

Must have experience working with integrated systems for POS, and restaurant management

Strong moral compass and attention to detail

Professional communication between FOH, BOH, and executive team

Enjoys coming to work, interacting with customers, creating a positive, memorable experience. Must be timely and professional.

Desire to learn and grow with Basic Kitchen, career-minded and ambitious
