Hiring FOH Team Members- Basic Kitchen
Job Description
We are looking for energetic, friendly individuals who are passionate about service and enjoy creating a positive experience for our customers. As a host, you are an integral part of the team, helping make sure service runs smoothly and keeping cool in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Qualities
At least 6 months hosting experience in a fast paced environment
Excitement for learning: juice + wellness, menu changes, all a part of the game
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Level-headed and efficient during high-volume/pressure situations
Sense of urgency: works hard and assists fellow team members
Knowledge of health codes and food safety rules
Awareness of skills necessary for FOH & BOH positions
Outgoing & self-motivated: enjoys coming to work, interacting with customers
Passion for representing our brand: engaging, unpretentious, genuine, happy
Desire to learn and grow with Basic Kitchen, career-minded and ambitious
