Overview:The ideal candidate will interact with data, systems, and people to produce unified financial and productivity information, reporting, and detailed analysis. The candidate will manage Cognos reporting and assist with server and website maintenance. The candidate will interact with large data sets: performing data analysis, verification, and management for complex financial organization in support of Finance/BA and CS/Operations.Responsibilities:Manage Cognos reporting
Assist with server and website management
SQL management of data sets
Confirm information accuracy
Assist users with requests, comprehension, and corrections
Maintain systems, users permissions, internal data inventories and attributes
Perform data and function processing
Generate and verify reports
Provide detailed analysis of results
Coordinate with other Finance/BA groups, CS/Operations groups, IT, and Executives
Assist with development of new solutions
Qualifications:SQL, C#, IBM Cognos/Planning Analytics experience/knowledge
VBScript experience
Strong Analytical skills (Six Sigma preferred)
Precision, Comprehension, and Follow-through
Basic PC, MS Office skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
Basic Finance knowledge
