Position Overview:As a Cross Sell Officer at Hub, you will be integral in driving growth and enhancing client relationships by identifying and capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities across our diverse range of products. Hub is uniquely positioned to offer comprehensive solutions in employee benefits, commercial, personal, and RPW products, and your role will be to strategically leverage this to meet client needs more effectively. Your efforts will be focused on developing and executing cross-sell strategies, coaching sales teams, and ensuring that opportunities are identified and pursued to strengthen client relationships and improve retention.Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and measure cross-sell strategies and initiatives for HUB Carolinas, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client needs.
Goal Setting: Collaborate with sales leadership to set and achieve cross-sell goals.
Meeting Participation: Engage in Critical Path and stewardship meetings. Attend EB/P&C sales meetings and client meetings to present and pursue growth opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Collaborate with Sales Resources Managers to manage and track the sales pipeline in the CORE system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Education & Training: Oversee the delivery of targeted education sessions for advisors on key cross-sell product lines, enhancing their ability to identify and act on opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis: Create reports, analyze cross-sell strategies, track sales metrics, and report findings to leadership. Use data-driven insights to refine cross-sell initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of compliance in all cross-sell activities.
What You Need to Succeed:
Ability to understand and demonstrate HUB’s structure and vision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in cross-selling and collaborating with different lines of business
Ability to learn quickly and adapts well to change
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to articulate a value proposition in a concise manner
Capability to think outside of the box and see the big picture
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) and/or Employee Benefits, with a strong background in sales leadership.
Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of Commercial and Employee Benefits Strategic Resources.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective cross-sell strategies, coach sales teams, and manage complex sales processes.
