- Prepare preliminary and final design work for site development projects.
- Perform storm drainage, water, and sewer calculations and reports.
- Create complex construction drawings and details using AutoCAD or Carlson applications.
- Oversee sub-consultants
- Provide due diligence and feasibility studies
- Manage all aspects of project development from programming through construction administration
- Create and track project budgets, proposals, and schedules
- Manage client relations
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited College/University
- EIT or PE license
- Ability to collaborate with in-house Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Surveyors.
- Must have a valid US Driver's License.
- Skill in operating various specialized software, including AutoCAD or Carlson, HydroCAD, ICPR, Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly motivated to successfully interact with clients, the public, and team members.
