Family owned and operated HVAC company in need of someone with extensive knowledge in QuickBooks online version. Responsibilities including but not limited to reconciling and entering monthly invoices for vendors, preparing statements and invoices to be paid each month. Collections is a very big part of this position. Staying in touch with customers who have a past due balance as well as confirming each customer receives their invoices in our dispatch system that integrates with QuickBooks. Handling of money is a very important part of this position and there is no room for error. A back ground check will be required once offer is made. Reliable transportation, punctuality and drama free individual are requirements of this position also.
