As a Universal Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for our Personal, Prestige, and Private Banking clients, providing comprehensive banking services and solutions.Assist clients with a wide range of banking matters, from product inquiries to account activitiesAccurately assess and understand client needs to provide efficient, one-and-done solutionsOpen relevant accounts, process statements, and manage debit order informationDeliver exceptional customer service that consistently meets client expectationsOperate within product and legislative parameters, including FAIS regulationsProvide clear and concise explanations of banking products, services, and policiesIdentify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate financial solutionsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and industry trendsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operationsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
