We are looking for an experienced Sr. Digital Technology Site Leader to join our team in Camden, SC. In this role, you will lead the execution of the site’s Digital Technology (DT) strategy, working closely with our DT organization and plant management team. You will report to the Sr. Manufacturing DT Manager and play a pivotal role in coordinating DT activities, planning projects, leveraging team strengths, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.PositionSenior Digital Technology Site LeadLocationUSA, Camden, SCHow You'll Create PossibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Lead DT projects based on Factory Master Plans and digital supply chain initiatives.

Implement and drive the DT site roadmap and execution strategy.

Coordinate DT activities and collaborate with Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Quality Manager, and other stakeholders to achieve site goals.

Partner with location users and DT application owners to enhance application productivity and functionality.

Communicate and leverage the capabilities of the DT organization to benefit the site.

Manage project priorities and expectations with location and DT teams.

Ensure the support of site-specific information management systems, network, and desktop environments.

Troubleshoot technical issues involving production line scanners, data transmissions, end users’ computers, OS builds, and application support.

Adhere to enterprise procedures and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Oversee the responsible use of DT resources, including equipment and expenditures.

Facilitate service level reports and analysis for continuous improvement.

Capture and prioritize project requests and enhancements.

Align IT strategy with business needs to deliver site results.

Collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing Excellence (AME), Factory Information Services (FIS)/Mfg Enterprise Systems (MES) IT, IT shared services, and partner service providers to execute projects aimed at improving production quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.

What You'll Bring to Our TeamMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Management, MIS, Computer Science, Management of Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

At least 7 years of relevant experience.

Ability to work outside of routine schedule as necessary and occasional travel.

Experience in managing IT resources, budgets, and ROI analysis.

Proficiency with major ERP applications suites (Oracle EBS preferred).

Experience with IT infrastructure, including telecommunications, networking, VoIP, IT and plant security, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Windows Server & Client/Edge environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong logical problem-solving skills with the ability to influence both DT and business partner management teams.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong organizational, critical thinking, and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Proven experience in continuous process improvement with business owners.

Commitment to upholding safety standards and following manufacturing best practices.
