We would love to welcome an early career or experienced Occupational Therapist into our NNSW team, who is looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community. This role will specifically provide OT services to participants who are located between Lismore and Ballina - you must be happy to work in a community setting where travel around this region is required. About Us:We love nothing more than seeing our participants achieve their goals, we live and breathe capacity building and hope to empower participants by:Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our interventionWe use a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessment, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoningExploring and navigating complex cases, engaging in 1:1 supervision as well as team and national based in-services are just some of the ways you can expect to be supportedWe have a large and diverse OT team, who each have unique caseloads tailored to their own interests and passions. We currently have clinicians working across areas such as early intervention (including infants 0-12 months), paediatrics, adults, complex assistive technology (paeds and adults), home modifications and psychosocial disabilities.On a personal level, we are a dynamic bunch of clinicians who exude a passion for disability.
