We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Campaign Management Lead for South to join our team in Agadir, Morocco. As a key member of our marketing leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive growth and market share for our cereals and dairy-free product lines.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for cereals and dairy-free products, aligning with overall brand strategy and business objectivesLead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution across various channels, including digital, traditional, and in-storeAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance data to inform strategy and optimize resultsManage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient resource allocationCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create compelling creative concepts and messagingMonitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threatsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellencePresent campaign results and recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating the impact on business performanceStay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to the FMCG industry in MoroccoCritical success factors & key challengesSound knowledge of business, risk management, financial modelling tools & techniquesUnderstanding of crops and grower segments (e.g. campaign management, marketing offers, channel strategies, market research techniques)Ability to work across boundaries within Marketing Organization with Portfolio Leads, Market Intelligence Manager and Communication & Digital Lead but also outside with Crop Protection Development (CPD) Team and Sales TeamTo lookout for improvements and new ideas by checking competitor peers and other players in the agricultural industry to continually develop and upgrade knowledge and skillsGenerating new insights to influence strategic thinking
