About the roleYou will be a key member of our SA sales team and will actively establish and maintain long term customer relationships as well as achieve growth through the current customer base and the acquisition of new accounts. Your drive to achieve, strong customer focus and proven track record in meeting targets will ensure your success in this exciting and challenging role.
Deliverables and Responsibilities- Service established customers - Hair Salons and Hair Stylists
- Continuously drivenew business opportunities while maintainingexisting customer relationships to promote sales and revenue
- Manage sales pipeline for horizontal and vertical growth
- Coordinate presentation and product demonstration during the introduction of new products and services to client
- Review the loyalty program levels and identify key sales and penetration opportunities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and recommend sales strategies to improve profitability
- Demonstrate proficiency with technology suchto influence internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Liaise with internal teams to respond to customer enquiries, with customer experience front of mind
- Participate and represent the company at trade, industry and launch events
- Report on sales activity, including new accounts and opportunities
- Demonstrates previous sales experience managing a large area and working towards KPI's with a great desire to grow accounts and develop new business
- StrongHair Colour range sales and business development experience
- Possesses exceptional time management and organizational skills (including selling, planning and preparation skills)
- Takes accountability and is self-motivated and driven to achieve and succeed
- Strong personal and professionalpresentation skills
- Is a self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Is able to support customers to develop business plans for future growth
- Hairdressingknowledge or experience
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualificationin Marketing/Business/Commerce (Desirable)
