As Night Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting a team culture built on care, collaboration, and premium hospitality standards.Some of the key duties of this role will include, but not limited to:Oversee hotel operations during overnight shifts, acting as Duty ManagerManage late arrivals, early departures, and guest inquiries with professionalismEnsure safety, security, and emergency procedures are followedConduct nightly audits and prepare operational reportsSupport and lead the night team to maintain premium service standardsResolve guest issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experienceMonitor cleanliness and presentation of public areas overnightLiaise with other departments to ensure continuity across shiftAct as a Loyalty Ambassador, promoting Accor Live Limitless (ALL) membership and benefitsFollow up on guest feedback and assist with responses to ensure satisfaction and retention
