The roleAs a valued member of both our Broker Recruitment and Sales team, you’ll be working closely with our Senior Management and Sales Leaders in undertaking the following tasks:Headhunting top broker talent from across AustraliaTaking ownership of the end-to-end Broker Recruitment processDriving strong pipelines for Mobile and Retail Brokers, as well as AssociatesPartnering with internal teams and external networks to source great candidatesChampioning the Lendi Group brand and actively building market awarenessBuilding and maintaining a strong talent pool across all key broker channelsSharing regular pipeline updates and insights with Senior ManagementCreating a standout candidate experience at every stage — no matter the outcome
