Safety and Security Supervisor

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards awareness and acts as a role model to other colleagues.Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure safety and security procedures are consistently followed throughout the resort. Uphold resort policies, contributing to a positive, respectful, and productive work atmosphere.Coordinate and communicate with external authorities during emergencies, inspections, and official visits.Respond swiftly and decisively to incidents, remaining professional, diplomatic, and firm when enforcing protocols.Conduct regular patrols to monitor for fire hazards, unsafe practices, and unusual or unsafe conditions.Ensure full compliance with Velaa's top-tier standards of guest and colleague well-being.
