End Client: ClientRemote will workApplication Development - FHIR Standards (Azure Developer)Work location- Providence, RI / Remote6+ MonthsPosition's General Duties and Tasks:Develop and implement solid, scalable and flexible solutions utilizing Platform as a Service (PaaS) services.3+ years of experience in working on Azure platform servicesStrong hands-on .NET / NodeJS application development using VSStrong understanding of object-oriented programming with hands on experience with Node.Js, C#, .NET Core, parallel processing, concurrency patterns and Async programmingMust have knowledge of working with Azure Web Apps, Azure Web Jobs, Azure Functions, App Services, App Insight, Azure ARM template-based deployment, SQL Azure database, storage services container/blobs, Resource GroupMust have knowledge of working with Azure DevOps, and Git based repositoryMust have knowledge of automating build process using Azure DevOps build definition, automating Azure deployment process using release definition.Strong hands-on understanding of scalability, security, high availability and operational requirementsHands-on understanding of scalability and high availabilityExperience in Azure PowerShell / CLIExperience in SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQLExcellent technical communication skillsStrong hands-on understanding of scalability, security, high availability and operational requirementsAbility to understand customer requirements and translate them into reusable technical solutionsBasic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree or EquivalentMinimum 4+ years of experience in Healthcare Payer applicationsNice to have Skills:Healthcare industry knowledge (Health Plans, Healthcare Provider, Life Sciences)Work experience at any major IT services providerStrong written and oral communication
