Now Hiring: Screen Printer / Press Assistant
Location: Smithfield, RI
Cool Air Creations is a locally owned, fast-paced print shop specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and custom promotional products. We’re looking for a motivated Screen Printer / Press Assistant to join our team and help produce high-quality prints for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Assist press operators with setting up and breaking down screens, inks, and supplies.
Load and unload garments on the press with accuracy and speed.
Maintain print quality by following instructions and paying attention to detail.
Keep the production area organized, clean, and stocked.
Learn and support all aspects of the screen-printing process with potential to grow into a lead press operator role.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior screen-printing experience a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand on your feet for long periods.
