Experienced Property Maintenance Technician needed for a growing Property Management Company based out of Providence, RI.
Responsibilities and qualifications include:
All facets of property maintenance, light construction, painting, cleaning, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc.
Repair window blinds, shutters, shades
Install towel dispensers, toilet paper holders, soap dispensers
Replace light switches, receptacles and light bulbs
Perform basic furniture repairs
Hang pictures and banners
Make basic wall repairs
Perform minor plumbing repairs Change washers, stems seats, cartridges, handles, drain fittings, etc.
Replace lavatories and toilets
Log all calls and requests and confirm completion
Respond to all requests, problems, complaints in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
Operate a plow and sander
Must be willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call system.
Must be willing and able to travel to all properties under management in Rhode Island and southeastern
Massachusetts.
