Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epoxy/Polish Concrete Installer to join our skilled team. As an installer, you will be responsible for executing various tasks related to the installation of epoxy coatings and polishing concrete surfaces. Your role will include preparing and priming surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, and using appropriate tools and equipment for polishing concrete floors to achieve a high-quality finish.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for installation, ensuring proper cleaning, grinding, and patching
- Apply epoxy coatings and polished concrete finishes according to client specifications
- Utilize tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to deliver flawless results
- Collaborate with the team to complete jobs within specified timelines
- Follow industry-leading practices and safety protocols
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of materials used and project progress
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or questions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in epoxy coating installation, polished concrete applications, or related field
- Strong understanding of various epoxy coating systems, their properties, and applications
- Proficiency in operating grinders, polishers, and other concrete installation equipment
- Solid knowledge of surface preparation, patching, and grinding techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred qualifications (not required):
- Certification in epoxy coating installation or concrete polishing
- Experience with decorative epoxy flooring systems
- Knowledge of concrete staining and engraving techniques
