Residential general construction company located in South County, RI looking for skilled laborers/carpenters.
This position offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of residential construction. What we’re looking for:
- Preferably 5+ years construction experience with eye for detail and proficient in mathematics.
- Have own hand tools and basic power tools.
- Must be punctual, reliable, a team player and an independent worker.
- Able to perform physical labor and work in all weather.
- Able to work in high stress environments with time constraints.
- Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, reporting progress and any issues that may
arise during the course of work.
- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to, demolition, site preparation, material handling, installations and cleanup.
Have valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and a cell phone.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- No drama, drugs or alcohol.
Pay based on performance, attitude and skill level.
General laborer: $15-20 hr
Skilled laborer: $20-35 hr
Reg/ insured sub: $35-40+ hr
Looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Must be self motivated individual who takes pride in what they do and has the ability to focus on achieving tasks.
