At HappyNest, we understand that to be successful we must have a high performing recruiting team in place. As such, we are seeking qualified sales development representatives (SDR’s) to fill front line positions on our team. These persons will be responsible for finding, screening and qualifying potential partners to move along in the sales process. As the first point of communication with prospects, the ideal (SDR’s) understand the sales process, excel at researching leads, breaking the ice and setting our recruiters up for success. You should be a quick learner, have a knack for starting conversations and the ability to highlight our company offerings without “selling”. Each contact is a potential partner allowing you the opportunity to boost top line-growth, partner acquisition levels, profitability and personal income.
Objectives of this Role
Represent company objectives and offerings, qualifying leads to move to the next step in the process
Generate leads and build relationships utilizing in house resources, online research and incoming lead sources
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested potential partners and update recruiters on next steps
Consistently maintain and update in house CRM (Hubspot)
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Utilize Hubspot, cold calling, email, trade resources to generate new sales opportunities
Coordinate with recruiters to identify and penetrate top strategic markets
Manage and track daily, weekly and monthly call volume
Schedule calls between prospects and recruiters
Educate prospects on business model gaining trust and building relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-3 years relevant work experience (Negotiable)
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proven ability to overcome objections
Strong desire to move up within a sales organization
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotas
