I own a small to midsize property management company with excellent maintenance staff and accountant as well as contractors / contacts.
I would like to hire someone to take on more of my personal responsibilities including Leasing apartments and General Manager type activities.
The goal is to ultimately have the day to day business not require my full attention as I have other businesses and want to focus on other priorities. I will still always be available 24/7.
Pay would be hourly or weekly salary with a leasing bonus and possibly a profitability bonus as well.
