Part-Time Office & Order Fulfillment Assistant
East Coast Embroidery – East Providence, RI
We’re looking for a reliable and organized team member to help keep our embroidery and screen-printing shop running smoothly. This role involves a mix of office work, order fulfillment, and light shipping tasks.
Responsibilities:
Receive and check in incoming garments and supplies
Prepare and finish customer orders for pickup or shipment
Create and send invoices in QuickBooks
Pack and ship orders using UPS/FedEx/USPS systems
Maintain organized inventory and production areas
Assist with basic customer communication and order updates
Support day-to-day shop operations as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Comfortable learning new systems (QuickBooks, shipping software)
Good communication skills, both in person and via email
Ability to work independently once trained
Previous experience in an office, retail, or fulfillment environment is a plus
Details:
Part-time, up to 30 hours per week
On-site position at our East Providence location
Flexible scheduling within normal business hours
Starting pay based on experience
