Office Manager/Property Manager full time or part time availability.
Position is with small, decades old family business and properties.
Job Purpose
The office manager is responsible for providing direct support to the owner for personal and
professional matters.
The property manager is responsible for managing building issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, email correspondence and email blasts
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all office materials
Manage payables, receivables, tax filings, and record keeping
Manage commercial building with 30+ tenants
Prepare tenant leases, renewals and increases
Banking transactions, and reconciliations
Ensures accurate and organized maintenance of all office files and supplies
Coordinates travel arrangements
Qualifications

Able to work independently and efficiently
Maintain tenet relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
