Looking for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service for our appliance store to serve as first contact for customers regarding inquiries in person , on the phone, and via digital communication. The person will also handle general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and customers, organizing schedules and deliveries, entering data, inventory tracking, among others.
Work is performed with minimal supervision. The individual must exercise independent judgement with a responsibility for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
Main Skills and Abilities (not exclusive of this list):
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Skill in using standard computer equipment and software including word processing, Microsoft Excel, and electronic mail
- Skill in providing a high level of quality customer service
- Ability to work with the public and employees in a mature, effective, and responsible manner.
