SENIOR REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL - Full time - this position includes all aspects of residential real estate closings with a strong emphasis on the Closing Disclosure and working with the lender. Candidate should be organized and detail oriented; able to work on their own but yet a team player; familiar with TRID rules; and able to multi-task and reprioritize daily. Familiarity with TRID rules is a plus.
PRE-CLOSING AND/OR POST-CLOSING REAL ESTATE LEGAL ASSISTANT - Full or part time - this candidate should have some real estate experience and a working knowledge of the closing process. Your strengths should be being detailed oriented and organized.
Salary commensurate with experience.
