Property Management Worker/Laborer
Typical work:
1. Cleaning - cleaning apartments after tenants move out and preparing them for new tenants.
2. Landscaping - operating a lawnmower, string trimmer, leaf blower, rake and shovel. Raking leaves. Shoveling snow. Applying ice melt.
3. Interior painting.
4. Moving appliances into and out of apartments.
5. Assist with light remodeling and other projects.
Must have:
1. Valid drivers license, car, cell phone.
2. Must be able to drive to different locations throughout RI and nearby MA.
3. Must speak English.
Good opportunity for entry level or with a few years of experience. Willing to train the right person.
Experience with landscaping, painting, light remodeling a plus.
