A Rhode Island property management company based in Providence, RI has an immediate opening for a per diem and as needed Property Cleaner and General Maintenance Position. We own and manage residential multi-family properties located throughout the Greater Providence Area and have been in business for 40+years.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain common areas (Hallways, Yards, Laundry rooms, Etc.) at various buildings / communities.
Clean-out vacant apartments and junk removal.
Non-Technical general maintenance.
Winter storms- Salt properties and touch up walkways as needed.
No set hours- Position will be on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:
Valid RI Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation. (Pickup truck or van preferred)
Pass background criminal check.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner.
Compensation:
Up to $20.00 Per Hour Based on Experience.
