Hi,
My sister is coming home after a short stay at assisted living. She is handicapped. We need someone to come in to help with medication needs, moving her in bed to avoid bed sores, doing vitals, and a general knowledge of some of the duties a CNA does. (we will also have a CNA, but please be able to do some of those duties as needed)
(toileting in bed at first, then deciding if we can safely use the joya lift to use a commode). Thorough cleaning to avoid UTI's. The shower is handicap access, and again we will likely use an alternate wheel-chair for this use.
Please be non-smoker. There will be a lot of down-time, as it is not the same as taking care of multiple people. This may be a situation where you can have a second nurse, and the both of you can work out the hours to get. On-call, and split hours may also work.
