Vacancy caducado!
Hi. Troop here. We are hiring a line cook. We proudly serve an inspired seasonal menu and would love your input, inspiration, and, help. We work hard, we work excitedly, we work professionally and we work well. Wanna' do all this with us? Here's what it takes:
Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies (because it's the right thing to do)
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff (consistency is key)
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions
Cleanliness and responsibility; clean up and stock up station and take care of leftover food between each shift. (just do it)
Stock inventory appropriately (i mean, right?)
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion (talk to the cook next to you)
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards (don't be a jerk)
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers (don't be a jerk II)
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook (don't suck)
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks (Pay attention, be efficient)
Daytime, evening and weekend availability (cuz', kitchens)
Great sock game. Seriously, though, have cool socks.
Show up for your shift, ready to work, without bitching, on time. (have a job)
