A original concept, upscale casual restaurant is looking for a sous chef/line cook lead that is ready to take the next step in their career. The position will start as a 30-45 day line cook position, and once the candidate successfully shows the skill sets of a leader, will be promoted into a management position. All candidates must have prior kitchen lead experience in a full-serve restaurant concept as well as open availability.
