LINE COOK
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
PANTRY CHEF/Raw Bar
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pantry Chef or in a similar role.
Experience in Raw Bar – Must be able to shuck shellfish
Proficiency in handling and preparing cold dishes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
