Kitchen manager

We are looking for an experienced person who can provide great food to the customers and provide a healthy work environment for the team. This individual must be serve safe certified, able to come up with weekly specials, know how to control food waste and keep the kitchen clean. You would be responsible to do inventory/ordering of food, manage the hours of the kitchen team members and cook on the line.
