Upscale restaurant is seeking a professional candidate for a full time Executive Sous Chef position. Please be motivated, passionate and service oriented. Salary is $75,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience. Applicants must be food safety certified, organized and familiar with inventory methods, food cost tracking, training and recipe documentation. A strong background in European Cuisine is a strong plus. Minimum of three years experience in full service fine dining kitchens as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
