POSITION: Banquet Cook
JOB SUMMARY:
Alpine Country Club hosts a variety of banquet type events, including but not limited to; Weddings, Bereavements, Bridal Showers, etc. Event sizes can range from 40 – 200+ people. Most events take place on weekends but can happen at any time. During the Golf season, tournaments are scheduled for Mondays and Tuesdays mainly, leaving the rest of the week and weekend open for other event types.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Banquet cooks are responsible for the preparation, execution, and cleaning of equipment and kitchen during event days. Banquet Cook responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
Reading and executing prep list provided by banquet chef
Executing service day of function
Cleaning kitchen equipment and floors after events
Organizing walk-in refrigerator and freezer
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
2+ years of kitchen experience is preferred
Serve Safe certified preferred
Basic knowledge of cooking
Must keep a clean work area
Available to work weekends & weekdays
Transportation preferred
RATE:
$20-$22 per hour depending on experience level
