This role will require a keen sense of numbers and the ability to uncover insights and identify new opportunities through data analytics and experience with designing, launching, and evaluating A/B tests. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction for our business partners, including clinicians and program operation managers.This role requires expert-level proficiency in SQL and passion around creating reusable data pipelines that enhance the efficiency of our internal teams. As the go-to person for designing and launching various A/B tests, you will evaluate their outcomes as they mature. This position offers the opportunity to think outside the box and bring innovative efficiencies to our team’s work, including but not limited to developing auto-runnable data pipelines and creating dashboards in Python to track key performance indicators in real-time.You will also be responsible for creating ROI calculations and will need to demonstrate excellent communication and complex problem-solving skills. Our team plays a vital role in supporting mental well-being operations across various areas, including care management and resource for living.Overview of Responsiblities:

Conduct retrospective analysis using statistical modeling technique such as Propensity Score Weighting, Propensity Score Matching

Design, launch and monitor various A/B tests

Analyze large volumes of data related to mental well-being services to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions

Create and maintain data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data for reporting and analysis

Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and support business objectives

Document projects, including business goals, data collection methods, results, and analytical metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field, with a proven ability to communicate and consult effectively with internal and external stakeholders

3+ years of professional experience with SQL and Python ( Pandas )

3+ years statistical background with experience in A/B testing and ROI analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems

Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

Management consulting firm experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics or a related discipline

Master’s degree preferred

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$83,430.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
