Candidate MUST be willing to work ON-SITE in Providence, RI This position will be responsible for identifying, interpreting and transforming the clients program business needs and policy requirements into documented business processes. Analyst will work with various Program leads and their designees regularly to provide support, document requirements, and act as a liaison between the client and their contractor(s).Business analyst will identify approaches to satisfy business requirements by conducting detailed analysis and technical design of program areas. Analyst will support implementation of a comprehensive case management solution utilizing current workflows and utilizing client in house software to conduct and document gap analysis, identify evidence needed to support requirements, develop business and functional requirements specifications, assist with designing the business solution, and assist with user acceptance testing. Responsible for escalating issues and decisions when appropriate to the IT Systems and Support (ITSS) Senior Manager and the clients Deputy Director. Expected to provide weekly (and as-requested) project updates and reports to the ITSS Senior Manager. This position reports directly to the ITSS Senior Manager.
