Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.Travel %: 25Pay: $113,000 – $195,500What you will doThe Senior Manager Amazon Omni Performance is responsible for executing online and digital marketing programs, analyzing program effectiveness, and developing new marketing initiatives to optimize the online user experience and increase marketing effectiveness:Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Amazon Omni Performance team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance across all channels, including Amazon Advertising, Sponsored Products, and Sponsored Brands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance and drive innovation.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business success.
Develop and implement internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction, in alignment with the generalsummary.
Execute online and digital marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social networking, and viral marketing to create “buzz,” drive traffic and generate sales, as mentioned in the Duties.
Maximize existing marketing initiatives and develop new ones by working with the corporate marketing team, as mentioned in the Duties.
Customer facing. Responsible for implementing customer relations. Ensuring positive customer outcomes.
Leading shaping and maintaining our organic share of voice on Amazon with an eye one critical trends and opportunities on how to grow these capabilities.
QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years work experience. With related experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Experience working in a global/regional function and matrix environment.
Ability to organize large data set and the insights.
Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus.
Desired Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Advertising and Amazon merchandising. With focus on the newest Amazon programs i.e. Influencer, out of home, and sampling.
Customer Strategy or multi-channel experience
Strong leadership, communication, and influence prowess.
Zeal for innovation and digitization. Knowledge of logistics systems and automation tools.
Demonstrated impact in roles requiring orchestration and influence; collaborative, influence-based leadership approach.
What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
