In this hybrid, account management role you must have the ability to communicate with major customers on the phone in a professional manner as well as via email. The select candidate must have knowledge and experience with EDI and JD Edwards or similar. Experience entering orders, processing RMA's, and working with other internal partners including credit, accounting, and logistics to successfully process orders is a must!
