Central Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM of Raynham is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their Service Department. Some dealership experience is helpful, but we will train. Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative:
Greets Service Customers promptly and warmly, establishing rapport with the customer
Work hand in hand with the Sales Department by introducing potential buyers to a member of the Sales Team when interest is shown for a possible trade-in.
Confirm appointments
Assist customers on the Service Drive
Assist the Service Consultants
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements - Customer Service Representative:
Must have excellent customer service skills and communication skills - we are looking for a very friendly and conversational 'people person’
Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Goal-oriented and persistent with effective time management skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High School diploma or equivalent
Professional, well-groomed appearance at all times
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
