Looking for part time Assistant Book Keeper - flexible hours, would need to be tech savy, have good working knowledge of Quick books and accounting. Job consists of part time filing, emails, daily bank transactions, accounts payable and receivable, deposits, reconciliation of accounts, ACH withdrawals. Should also possess basic office skills, working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instruction are also required.
