You'll be the first point of contact when our customers need assistance on the road, working closely with our Rostock team to provide world-class service by phone and email. If you’re passionate about helping people, enjoy working independently, and want to grow with a dynamic and modern company, SIXT is the right place for you. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT As a breakdown assistance technician, you'll receive damage and breakdown reports from our customers by phone and independently coordinate all necessary measures, such as arranging a towing company. You'll organize replacement vehicles, forward breakdowns to the manufacturer within the scope of mobility, and assist our customers with any questions regarding the above-mentioned topics.WHAT WE OFFERWork-Life Balance.
