The RM position comes with a competitive salary and a high quality, low cost comprehensive benefit packagesee Benefit information below.Salary: $64,500 per year plus a high quality, comprehensive benefit packagesee Benefit information below.                                                                                Position Description: Assumes overall responsibilities for the smooth operation of the residence.Ensures ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations pertinent to the operation of the residence to which he/she is assigned.Provides direct supervision of direct support staff assigned to the residence under his/her jurisdiction.Collaborates with the management team to create a program of services for each resident, and assigns the tasks of each member of the direct support team.Participates in comprehensive service planning activities with outside agencies for each resident under his/her jurisdiction.
