Therefore, able to answer guest enquiries confidently.Embrace and take pride in being a part of the Mövenpick Hotel. Core Work ActivitiesAssist guests with the embarkation and disembarkation process.Picking up guests at the port and assisting them with the check-in and baggage process. Arrange guest transportation from the port to the hotel and vice versa.Provide information about the hotel, facilities, and services to guests.Handle problems faced by guests during the trip, such as delays or lost luggage.Coordinate with the hotel to ensure that guests are well received and their needs are met.Arrange for VIP guest meetings and greetings.Ensure guest safety and security during the trip. Ensures the smooth transfer of guest's luggage on arrival and departure within the specified timing in accordance to the operating standards.Understands the local areas, surroundings and communities.Respond to guest queries professionally and appropriately.Write down any additional instructions for guests or information about their arrival or departure.Understands the standard operating procedures pertinent to luggage/package/goods storage. Constantly check what’s happening in the hotel as well as in the surrounding areas.Provide guests with information about local events and sightseeing areas and make travel arrangements for guests.Upsell and cross sell the hotel products.
