DescriptionAs the Senior Marketing Manager and mission owner for Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets, your primary responsibilities are to nurture and build brand equity for Citizens Commercial Banking using contemporary marketing methods to drive interest and adoption of its products and services. This is both a strategic and execution role in which you will lead the development, advocacy, execution, assessment and continuous improvement of integrated marketing plans. Primary responsibilities include:Working with the Enterprise Experience Organization and agencies, drive digital marketing strategies including enhancing the user experience of the Commercial web site, targeted email marketing, content marketing, social media, search engine optimization and events

Develop and lead marketing strategy/vision to achieve measurable overall business unit objectives and revenue goals

Lead inbound marketing attracting site visits, converting that traffic into leads and nurturing prospects working with sales leadership

Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties

Help establish and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes

Ensure closed-loop analytics to measure marketing performance and continually refine

Influence and partner with cross-functional team to design and deliver quarterly and annual integrated marketing plans to achieve business line goals and objectives

Serve as primary liaison between business lines and marketing partners, ensuring the broader marketing team is fully versed on all aspects of business line products, value proposition and competitive differentiators

Partner with the Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets leadership team as well as key business partners, including the Sales team to ensure understanding of/alignment on marketing strategy/plans and strategic priorities

Develop and manage project budgets/forecasts

Proactive in managing risk, ensure all programs are implemented in full compliance with defined processes and regulatory guidelines

QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:Minimum 10 years financial marketing experience,

Corporate banking and finance experience a plus

Experience developing insightful and clear creative, marketing, advertising and/or media briefs, using research, data, personas and customer journey maps

Experience managing indirectly/influencing

Broad marketing communications experience including advertising, direct, digital and public relations

Strong ability to think strategically and creatively

Strong channel experience in digital marketing including search, display, social and content

Ability and desire to work well within a team and test and learn

Ability to review data, interpret results and create actionable and measurable strategies

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on schedule/budget

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A go-getter and a doer who is accountable and has high expectations for their work

Attention to detail

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:Bachelor degree required

MBA or equivalent experience preferred
