WHAT'S THE JOB?We are hiring a Tim Hortons - Team Lead to work at our Tim Hortons located at the University of PEI.  With no Drive-Through, we operate Monday-Friday; no evenings or weekends! This role will provide an exceptional experience, going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff. As a Team Lead, you will delight our clients by preparing and baking goods to the highest standards of Tim Hortons.Planning and scheduling staff, ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needsTraining staff members in best practices while further developing their skillsCompleting and upholding food safety standards and proceduresResponsible for cash management and supporting the Manager in the cash processOversee and respond to customer and employee concerns using tact and good judgement
