WHAT'S THE JOB?We are hiring a Baker  located at the University of PEI. This role will provide an exceptional experience, going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff. As a Baker, you will delight our clients by preparing and baking goods to the highest standards of Tim Hortons.Your work will include:Preparing and baking goods Restocking pastry shelves and maintaining a sufficient and fresh supply of baked goodsEnsuring consistent quality standard in over-all food preparation as per clients’ requirements including consideration to special dietary constraintsBe able to get products from walk-in freezers, operate oven & decorate donuts and other products according to standards.Operate oven/egg cooker and prepare baked products as assigned (including muffins, donuts, breads, eggs, meats etc …)Prepare toppings, ingredients and required products for all baked good / food items.Complying with food hygiene regulations in accordance with Food Safety ActCleaning, washing, and sanitizing equipment and over-all work areasResponsible for cash handling and cash registerProvide exceptional customer service at all times, supporting an environment that strives to create exceptional culinary experiences
