Job Summary
Experienced Maintenance/Handyman is needed for local property management company. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Perform repairs and conduct minor maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building structures.
Must use own truck, tools and equipment to conduct general maintenance/repairs.
Painting is required to maintain aesthetic appeal.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical/handyman knowledge with the ability to perform essential tasks as required.
Experience in light electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems maintenance is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred.
