Our business clients range from small to medium enterprises to the largest meat and poultry producers in the world. We are currently looking to fill positions for Full-Time Turkey Loaders for our New Oxford, PA location!
No experience necessary, training is provided. 40 hours weekly guarantee! Work schedule is Sunday – Wednesday evening with Thursday evenings based on current workload. Travel from the New Oxford office to/from farms provided and paid.
Positions start between $17.00 & $18.00 per hour (depending on experience), and we are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Loading birds from barns onto tractor trailers using provided equipment
Practice safe working methods and good animal welfare techniques
Attending to live farm animals, specifically poultry, produced for animal products such as meat, feathers, and eggs
Moving equipment and poultry from one location to another manually or using trucks/carts/automatic loading equipment
Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining equipment to reduce errors and other problems/defects
Examining animals to detect illness, injury, and/or disease and checking physical characteristics, such as rate of weight gain
Running, maneuvering, navigating, and/or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment
Basic Skills and Qualifications:
MUST be able to pass a background check
MUST be able to pass a Drug Test
Bilingual Candidates preferred but NOT required
Ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands, and lift/move up to 55 pounds and stand/use hands for 8-10 hours per day
Ability to comprehend simple instructions
Ability to apply common sense
Ability to multitask and work quickly
Food or production experience preferred
