Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Assistant to join the Parent Alliance team providing support for various initiatives aimed at promoting our mission and serving our community. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
This part time (20 hours per week) team member will work Monday through Friday, Generally between 10 am and 2 pm, specific time to be agreed upon at hiring.
Salary: between $15 and $18 per hour. Includes 11 paid holidays, PTO, Modest monthly cell and internet reimbursement, 401K participation, wellness stipend. Company supplied equipment.
We will begin reviewing applications February 20, 2024 and continue until role is filled.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required:
Be a parent/primary caregiver of a child (this includes adult children) with an identified behavioral or mental health challenge
Excellent computer skills including a solid understanding of Word, Power Point, Excel, databases and the ability to adapt to new computer programs.
Requires Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Act 33/34 clearances and a Federal clearance.
High school diploma or GED
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect and maintain program data
Assist with the preparation of programmatic and grant reports
Conduct policy, demographic and historical research
Help manage key project trackers created to keep track of deadlines and deliverables
Ensure all external written communication meets quality standards and maintains consistent messaging
Keep track of requests and necessary materials for meeting and event attendance and reporting
Help manage quality control reviews
As needed attend community tabling events and presentations
Provide any other support to the Project Director and staff as needed.
